WVWCI Health Centers 

Proactive MD Health Centers provide services such as family medicine, acute care, medication dispensing and prescriptions, and lab work. You can also take advantage of total wellness solutions such as weight loss counseling, diabetes and stress management, smoking cessation education and provider-patient coaching. The After-Hours Line gives you access to an on-call provider any time your clinic is not open.

First Stop Health

  • 24/7 telemedicine is free for employees enrolled on the health plan and their immediate household family members.
  • Virtual therapy that takes place wherever you are to help with anxiety, depression, substance use, work/life stress, grief, and more. Free for employees enrolled on the health plan and their immediate household family members.

SmartShopper

  • Helps you shop for and choose an in-network provider where you'll get the same care for a lower cost and earn cash rewards.

Hendricks Orthopedic Center of Excellence

Ascension St. Vincent Heart Care Program

  • This partnership offers high-quality specialty care at no cost. Call 855-782-0946 to schedule an appointment. State that you are a member of the heart care program and the concierge will connect you to an approved cardiology office.
