Area 30 Enrollment (2025-2026)

Area 30 is thrilled to announce that online registration for new and returning students is now open for the 2025-2026 school year! Classes tend to fill up quickly, so registration needs to be completed as soon as possible to ensure that your student is enrolled in the program of their choice. The deadline to register is Friday, April 18, 2025.  

To ensure a smooth registration process, please carefully review the following instructions to successfully enroll your student for the upcoming school year.

New Students:

Select this Area 30 New Student Enrollment link and create a new account to enroll your student. 

Complete all questions and sign off on all policies and procedures. If you would like to make a change, select the underlined field or choose “Prev” to return to a previous page. You can come back at a later time if necessary to complete the form, as it securely saves your work.

When you have finished entering your information, select “Submit.” If you cannot select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. After submitting your completed registration, you will receive a submission confirmation email from Area 30 Career Center.

 

Returning Students:

Select the snapcode link that was emailed to returning students and parents on Monday, January 13th. The email heading should read, "Area 30 Returning Student Registration Directions".

The snapcode link will open up in a separate browser and it will ask for your student's snapcode. Please enter the snapcode listed in the email. A unique snapcode is created for each student. 

Select "Sign In". This allows you to securely save and modify your students' information. If you don't remember your password, click the "forgot password" link.

Complete all questions, sign off on all policies and procedures, and review.

If you would like to make a change, select the underline field or choose "Prev" to return to a previous page.

When you have finished entering your information, select "Submit". If you cannot select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. After submitting your completed registration, you will receive a submission confirmation from Area 30 Career Center.


Common Questions and Answers

I can’t remember my login for the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If you aren’t able to retrieve your login credentials using the “Having trouble signing in?” link on the Sign In page, please contact Area 30 directly for assistance logging in to the Parent Portal.

Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the “Prev” and “Next” buttons or if you are on the Review page select the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form you will need to contact Area 30 so they can make the changes for you.

I’ve completed the form, now what?
Once you have finished entering your information select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to Area 30. If you cannot select this button you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, you will need to provide information that is specific to each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another. This will allow you to “snap” (or share) selected family information, which saves you time.
